,,Jačanje mreže školskih koordinatora za profesionalni razvoj nastavnika’’/‘’Network For School-Based Coordinators in VET schools in Montenegro’’

Nacionalna konferencija ,,Jačanje mreže školskih koordinatora za profesionalni razvoj nastavnika’’ u organizaciji Evropske trening fondacije (ETF),  Ministarstva prosvjete, Centra za stručno obrazovanje i Centra za obuku i obrazovanje održana je 27. i 28. maja, u sali Zavoda za školstvo.

National conference ‘’Network For School-Based Coordinators in VET schools in Montenegro’’, organised by European Training Foundation (ETF), Ministry of Education, Center for Vocational Education and Education and Training Centre was held from 27th to 28th May.

Projekat je usmjeren na jačanje mreže školskih koordinatora u periodu od aprila 2019.do kraja novembra 2019, a dizajniran je u odnosu na preporuke koje se nalaze u okviru istraživanja o KPR u Crnoj Gori sprovedenih od strane nacionalnih i međunarodnih organizacija u proteklih nekoliko godina i Strategijom obrazovanja nastavnika u Crnoj Gori (2017-2024).

Montenegro is committed through its Strategy for Teacher Education (2017-24) to improvements in teacher education based on research and analysis and the sharing of best practices and international comparisons. In particular this action will encourage peer support and sharing of good practice, make it easier for national and international organisations to support and communicate with school-based coordinators and develop a better understanding of how school-based CPD activity can contribute to CPD nationally. Project is implementing from April 2019 to November 2019.

Uvodna obraćanja/Introduction

U uvodnom dijelu Konferencije govorili su Ulrike Damyanovic, ETF, Svetlana Čabarkapa i Marko Vukašinović, Ministarstvo prosvjete i Ivan Marković, Centar za stručno obrazovanje. Na Konferenciji su učestvovali školski koordinatori u stručnim školama u Crnoj Gori.

Svetlana Čabarkapa from the Ministry of Education welcomed participants asnd guests of the two-day Conference. Ulrike Damyanovic, ETF talked about the importance and the aims of this action as well as ETF support to CPD, Ivan Marković from the Center for Vocational Education talked about the importance of the CPD for Monetengrin schools and education system in Montenegro. Marko Vukašinović gave closing remarks referring to Education system in Montenegro and wider context.

Ciljevi dvodnevne konferencije su bili: Bolje razumjevanje dobrih praksi, prepreka i prilika za KPR na nivou škole i uloge koordinatora; Unapređenje procesa identifikovanja potreba koje će biti prepoznate prilikom kreairanja programa u Katalogu obuka za profesionalni razvoj; Razmjena dobrih praksi KPR na nivou škole na nacionalnom i međunarodnom nivou; Identifikacija potreba, aktivnosti i podrške putem kojih bi KPR na nivou škole bio održiv na nacionalnom nivou; Podrška radu KPR koordinatora u odnosu na digitalnu pedagogiju.

The two-day Conference to work with school-based CPD coordinators working in VET schools in Montenegro explored and shared: the real practice of school-based CPD coordinators in VET schools; what is known about the training needs of VET teachers at school level; Strategies and tools for improving practice at school level – in relation to planning, researching needs, provision and evaluation; Identification of needs, actions and resources to improve practice into the future, for example, national framework and support, networks, training, information, training materials; assessing and addressing CPD needs with respect to Digital and On Line Skills and Video Pedagogy.
